Kenneth Carl Fandrich, 56, unexpectedly passed January 27th, 2023.
Kenny is survived by his wife of 30 years Tanya Fandrich and his two brothers Lance Fandrich and Richard Fandrich.
Those that predeceased him are his mother Judy Fandrich and his father Frank Fandrich, maternal grandparents Ruby Fandrich and Fred Fandrich, and paternal grandparents Vernita Gilmore and Harold Gilmore.
Kenny attended Estacada High School. Following graduation he moved to Alaska to commercially fish on the Bering Sea. There he started a successful underwater welding company. He met and married his soulmate. Soon after, they moved to Oregon where he started another accomplished business. After years of being self employed he joined the local union, building and forging a life time of lasting friendships.
Kenny enjoyed being an accomplished outdoorsman. He was a master of hunting, fishing, snow machining, four wheeling, skiing, and snowboarding, working on his property and home, making fishing lures (which his nieces referred to as “man jewelry”). Above all, he most enjoyed sitting in front of the fire or in his beautifully landscaped backyard with his friends, family, and fur babies.
Kenny was known for his constant humor and unwaving friendship. He was kind, compassionate, and had a huge heart. He would be the first to lend a helping hand, whether he knew you or not. He felt blessed to be able to help rescue fur babies and was known to have as many as six dogs at one time!
A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held near his birthday for close friends and family to gather. He was loved by all and will be forever missed.
Please respect the family’s wishes for privacy. Attendance is by invitation only. Thank you.
