Jeffrey Ryan Kelsay

Jeffrey Ryan Kelsay of Portland, Oregon passed away on July 18, 2023. He was born on February 13, 1987, very much welcomed by his parents, Stan and Kathy Kelsay and sister, Amelia. He attended West Tualatin View, Cedar Park, and Sunset High School. He loved soccer and basketball, but found singing and acting to be what he enjoyed most in high school. He lived in New York City for a short time and came back to finish his bachelors at Portland State. During his college years he discovered improv which proved a perfect way to use his humor, his intellect, and movement to create laughter. He worked in digital marketing, but his true passion was writing. He performed and taught improv, enjoyed movies, reading, and was an exceptional trivia teammate. He had many friends, some from the time he was in grade School. They will miss him, as well as his whole family which now includes his sister-in-law, Sarah and his nieces, Maeve and Nora.
