Jacqueline "Jackie" Arrozal
Jacqueline “Jackie” Arrozal passed away on May 17, 2022 with her loved ones by her side. Jackie was born December 22, 1960 to Leland Rutter and Edith Rutter (Kranz) in Portland. She was raised in Tualatin. Graduated West Linn High School in 1979. She raised four wonderful children Cecellia, Andrea, Ingo and AJ. Jackie had the biggest heart, the most caring person and always made sure everyone around her was taken care of. Her family was the light of her life!
She leaves behind her husband Arnel Arrozal; children Cecellia Leary, Andrea Ellyes, Arnel Domingo Arrozal III, Arnel Allen Rutter Arrozal Jr; grandchildren Joseph, Cason, Jaylin and Creed.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00p.m. Friday May 27, 2022, at Holman’s Funeral Home 2610 SE Hawthorne Blvd. Portland, OR 97214
