Clifford was a multi-talented man serving in different capacities during his 94 years. Generally he would like to be remembered as an Evangelist, Ready to preach the word; be instant in season, out of season. (KJV II Timothy 4:2).
He was a business man, contractor and landlord also serving as a minister, missionary, youth leader, Bible teacher and chaplain.
During World War II, Clifford along with six of his high school friends joined the navy in February, 1943 and served until the war ended in 1946.
Cliff and his wife Mary lived in Medford, Oregon following their marriage in 1958. Their three children were born there. In 1972 the family moved to Happy Valley, Oregon. Cliff and Mary have lived in Happy Valley until Cliff’s passing Tuesday, December 10. 2019.
Cliff is survived by his wife Mary, his sister Maxine Maples (Wayne) and brother Fred Friesen, children Jay Clifford Friesen (Magyoli), Kerry James Friesen and Rhonda Jill Baker (Michael), Grand Children, Andrew Baker, Jill Hensley, Travis Friesen and Andrea Friesen, and Great Grand Children Brooklynn Hensley and Hudson Hensley.
