It is important to be informed and prepared before a loss occurs.  Please consult with your rabbi or congregational leader to understand your congregational community’s procedures when a death occurs.

Holman’s has served the needs of the Jewish community since 1854 and works with both Jewish burial societies in the Portland area, the Portland Hevra Kadisha and Chevra Kavod haMet. Holman’s will serve anyone from any congregation, as well as those who may be unaffiliated. The staff at Holman’s can handle funeral arrangements for families anywhere in Oregon as well as out of state.  Holman’s can provide you with all the necessary supplies needed to provide a meaningful funeral for your loved one.
